Let me introduce myself. My name is Steven L. Reeves. I grew
up in a family owned construction business. We built houses, duplexes, apartments and light commercial strip centers.
I have over 35 years’ experience in the construction field. I have approximately 15 years in Residential construction
and 20+ years in Commercial construction. I became a licensed Inspector in 2006.
Your real estate property is probably
the most important investment you will make and you should have confidence in who does your inspection. I feel I can
take away any fears, doubts or worries that you may have concerning the real estate property you may purchase.
My report will
have pictures and commentary which will be easy to read and understand so you can make a qualified decision when purchasing
